This is a publication, not a support desk. The best use of this address is a specific correction, a source that has changed, feedback on the site, or a cooperation enquiry.

Useful messages

  • A factual correction, with the page URL and the sentence that is wrong.
  • A primary source that contradicts a claim, ideally the vendor or distribution notice.
  • A broken link, an outdated source page or a source that has materially changed.
  • An accessibility problem, a layout failure or a tool behaviour that does not match this documentation.
  • A cooperation enquiry about the response kit or its templates.
  • A privacy question about this site.

Do not send

  • Passwords, API keys, session cookies or private keys.
  • Customer records, personal data or database exports.
  • Full production logs or configuration files. A redacted excerpt is enough to describe a site problem.
  • Requests for emergency incident response. This site cannot provide it.

No form, no false confirmation

There is no contact form on this site. Without a backend, a form would only pretend to submit. The email link opens your own mail client; this site does not send the message and does not receive a copy.

What to expect

There is no guaranteed response time and no emergency service. Corrections that affect a safety-relevant claim are prioritised. If a correction changes a conclusion, it is described on the revisions page; we do not silently edit a claim.

This publication does not run a bug bounty, does not pay for vulnerability reports and does not provide confidentiality agreements through this address. If you are reporting a vulnerability in this website itself, describe the affected page and the behaviour without including third-party data.
